How we collect data

When you use our website

When you browse our business website (www.zuant3d.com) we collect the data you give us voluntarily. This could be the information you put into one of our online forms.

We also collect data from you automatically using cookies. For more information about our use of cookies please see our Cookies Policy.

When using our services

When using our services, we will collect data about your End Users’ interactions with your Zuant 3D website. We do this using a tracking script. This is a small piece of technology like a cookie which is used for collecting details about your End User’s online behaviour, for example, duration on pages within the website or patterns of use.

The data collected by the tracking script does not itself constitute personal data. But it will become personally identifiable information when it is combined with other data, such as user log in details.

For information about who is responsible for End Users’ personal data, please see ‘End Users’ Data’ below.

Zuant 3D technology can recognise patterns of behaviour indicating an interest by an End User in a particular product, location or other feature within your Zuant 3D space.

It will allow the User to observe a radar screen where the navigation of a visitor around the space will be displayed (showing what each visitor is currently “looking at”).

Based on the information acquired by the Zuant 3D tracking script, End User activity within the User website can be bundled into sales leads and stamped with the End User’s first name, last name, email address and company name.

The sales leads can be downloaded into a CSV file. The User can also opt to have individual sales leads generated from the activity of an End User sent to him or herself by email. This email will only be sent once on-going activity has been ‘concluded’.
