Live Video & Chat FAQS
When a lead enters your space they can request a live chat or video tour. You can also send a visitor a message to ask them if they would like a virtual tour by video or let them know you are on hand with chat if needed.
No. A consumer can happily browse a space on their own. The Live video and chat feature is just there to provide fantastic support and customer service.
Custom Navigation FAQS
A Zone is simply a grouping of Matterpoint sweeps to display the same content. Zones exist for two primary reasons:
- To allow a set of points to share the same title, description etc, avoiding the need to duplicate Point configurations
- To allow a ‘Points-of-interest’ menu to be generated, providing fast access to key areas
A Path joins one point to another. A visitor can then use the Path to readily move from one point of interest to another, without having to understand the layout of the space they’re in. Creating Paths in Zuant 3D is easy; simply ‘walk’ the desired path as the BlackBox records the hops being taken.
Dashboard Analytics FAQS
An Activity is simply a click from an end user within a Digital Twin. This may be moving from one point to the next, clicking on a piece of embedded content or a swivel of the camera. All of this is then recorded and reflected on your backend dashboard in a clear, easy-to-read format.
Yes. Zuant 3D comes equipped with a built-in filtering system allowing you to see exactly what you want to see. You can filter by Unique Visitors, Location and Date using either custom or a range of pre-selected parameters.
