Zuant 3D transforms a physical space digitally to help visualise and virtualise any physical space; often known as creating a ‘digital twin’. This hybrid approach reduces the need for people to visit a physical space as they can be accessed online via Zuant 3D.
Below is an overview of the different elements of Zuant 3D that help to serve the hybrid approach of Lead Capture:
Lead Capture Spaces:
This is where you create and edit your 3D experiences. View mode is a way of seeing what a consumer would see when entering a space. Edit is where you alter your scan through the use of Paths and Zones to add guidance to your experience.
Activity:
With Activity, you can have a detailed view of a consumer’s journey within the experience. Activity lists each ‘hop’ between various scans and records them. The activity grid also shows a summary of each activity and the dwell time of each hop. This grid view can be switched to a Chart View which shows various reports from within the experience such as Average time spent in experience, frequent points visited and for how long, to name a few. The activities can be broken down further with date and time ranges to show activities at different points in time.
Lead Grid:
Similar to ‘Activity’ The Lead Grid demonstrates a detailed view of each customer journey but with more in-depth fields to allow sales follow-ups. This includes contact details (required before entering an experience). The final aspect is the status which shows whether a visitor is ‘Active’ or ‘Concluded. The Lead Grid can also be broken down with the date and time parameters.
Radar:
Radar is a way of seeing active users within a space. You can see exactly what points of the experience a visitor is looking at. The strategy for Radar is to allow Contact Centre agents to initiate chats with visitors, or visitors can initiate chats with agents. In both cases this is in real-time – the request will simply timeout if the other side does not answer.
