We caught up with Emily Peters, Experience Manager at Maserati Ascot, to learn more about the impact Zuant 3D has had on their customer experience.
“Visiting a showroom – especially for the first time – can be a daunting experience for some clients, so Zuant 3D has been invaluable to offer prospective clients the chance to have a look around and know what to expect before they visit. They also have the ability to explore the full model range – both inside and out – from wherever they are, which adds an additional level of convenience for them.

“Zuant 3D captured a virtual tour of the Maserati Ascot showroom which has been implemented within the customer journey. Links to the tour have been embedded within the website and social media, and the virtual showroom tour has enhanced the sales team’s introductory communications with clients, especially where they haven’t visited the showroom before.
“Since going live at the end of April 2025. we have seen consistently good traffic to the site through various tracked links and there has been in excess of 250 unique visitors to the online showroom tour. On average each client interacted 38 times with the showroom during their visit.
